Within the Marketing Team, you will be in charge of the software products and digital portfolio according to 3 main lines: Product Marketing: Assess competition to define Stäubli USPs (Unique selling propositions) to customers Define product value-based pricing by mapping value-add Create concepts and contents for sales tool argumentation and communication to customers Track customer satisfaction Product Innovation: Analyze market data and technology trends to identify new ideas and concepts for new product development Run innovation workshops with customers Define product business plan Manage new product introduction Manage product lifecycle (incl. end-of-life) Product Strategy: Analyze and monitor product portfolio Define and track product metrics and KPIs Monitor product portfolio profitability and prune accordingly Provide long and short-term forecasts Mobility: 20-30% of time
