We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our Partner Success team. The PAM will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with Uberall Partners, ensuring their success in leveraging our location marketing solutions and maximizing mutual growth within the digital presence ecosystem. This role requires a blend of strategic relationship management, industry acumen, and a proactive approach to driving partner performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner Relationship Development:
2. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned partners, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
3. Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, objectives, and their clients' needs within the location marketing and digital presence landscape.
4. Partner Onboarding and Enablement:
5. Guide new partners through a comprehensive onboarding process together with our Implementation team, ensuring they are fully equipped to effectively utilize and sell our platform and solutions.
6. Provide ongoing training and enablement, consultancy on GTM strategies, focusing on best practices in digital presence management, local SEO, and product utilization to enhance partner capabilities.
7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
8. Proactively monitor and analyze key performance indicators for each partner, identifying areas for growth, efficiency, and improvement.
9. Lead regular strategic business reviews to assess progress against joint objectives, share insights, and collaboratively develop action plans for sustained success.
10. Growth and Expansion Initiatives:
11. Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding our partnership's impact and success, including new service offerings, market segments, or deeper solution adoption.
12. Collaborate with partners on joint business planning and execution to drive increased pipeline, revenue growth, and market penetration.
13. Partner Support and Advocacy:
14. Act as a central point for partner inquiries, challenges, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
15. Serve as the voice of the partner internally, advocating for their needs and providing valuable feedback to product, engineering, and marketing departments.
16. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
17. Drive internal alignment and foster seamless collaboration with product, solutions, marketing, and support teams to address partner needs and achieve shared outcomes.
18. Contribute insights from the partner ecosystem to inform and influence internal product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and service enhancements.
19. Data Management and Reporting:
20. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner interactions, activities, and performance within CRM and other relevant systems.
21. Contribute to internal reporting and forecasting efforts, providing clear insights into partner health, engagement, and growth trajectories.

Desired qualification:

22. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
23. 5+ years of progressive experience in Partner Account Management, Channel Management, or Account Management, ideally within the SaaS, digital marketing, or location marketing industry.
24. Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and grow strong, long-term business relationships.
25. Solid understanding of digital presence, local SEO, online reputation management, and related location marketing technologies.
26. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
