We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager in the European market.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales growth, profitability, and service concepts with accounts in designated regions.
* Establish and develop 1st class commercial relationships with existing, new and strategic customers
* Assume account management responsibilities for agreed customers
* Support business development director with preparation of local sales budgets and targets
* Develop account management plans and target customer strategies to deliver market growth
* Capture all customer data, activities and contact opportunity trackers and tools
* Manage product and service needs of customers and keep abreast of technical performance of products supplied
* Reviewing, capturing and updating upon customer forecasting and demand
Key Requirements:
* Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables and or printing (Flexographic, Screen or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV Flexo
* Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management
* Proven track record for succeeding with new business growth and customer
* Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools
* IT skills – competence in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
* SAP experience ideal, but not necessary
* Full Clean driving licence
