You will work closely with our clients to strengthen long‑term partnerships and support the success of our premium rubber track solutions for construction and agricultural machinery. The position will be primarily focused on back‑office tasks — sales coordination, quote preparation, and customer communication. However, for the right candidate, there will be opportunities to progress into a client‑facing role with business travel as we expand. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and support to European clients. Manage contract execution, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of agreements. Handle claims management, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and strategic projects. Requirements Experience in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or vehicle technology is a strong asset. High level of independence, self‑motivation, and sense of responsibility. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑oriented mindset. Fluency in French, German, and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
