<p><strong>Title:</strong> Software Project Manager</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Munich, Germany</p><p><strong>Sector:</strong> Medical Devices</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive</p><p><strong>Contract: </strong>Permanent</p><p><br></p><p>The SciNova team are looking to speak with Senior Software Leaders for a newly created, greenfield role with an international MedTech organisation HQd in Bavaria. Youll be responsible for leading the planning and execution of SW/Application programmes for one of their most successful BUs.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management capabilities with a solid developer background who is also comfortable managing multiple priorities, driving projects through ambiguity, and establishing effective processes that enable teams to scale and succeed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate software development projects from initiation through release.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.</li><li>Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Ensure software development activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements - MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, SaMD etc.</li><li>Support development teams in defining priorities, managing scope, and achieving project milestones.</li><li>Navigate complex and evolving requirements while maintaining project momentum and focus.</li><li>Balance multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Role requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree educated in an Engineering discipline - Software, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical etc.</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple complex software development projects/programs simultaneously.</li><li>Previous hands-on experience working as a Developer using C++ is essential.</li><li>Experience working within the medical device industry is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience working effectively in ambiguous environments where requirements may evolve over time.</li><li>Fluent English and Proficient German.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What my client offers:</strong></p><ul><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Excellent professional development and growth opportunities.</li></ul><p></p>
