Role overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive sales and manage relationships within our Strategic customer segment. This role requires a deep understanding of test and measurement products, particularly in RF, mmWave, Design & Test fundamentals, Wireless Technologies including 5G, Satellite communications. Good understanding of RF and mmWave fundamentals related to active and passive device characterization and experience or understanding of Transceiver/RFIC, Module, RFFE, Antenna conducted and radiated testing. Ideal candidate can bring diverse knowledge on wireless communication technologies namely 5G NR, LTE and WLAN.
Responsibilities
Sales and Relationship Management:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within enterprise accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
Product Expertise and Solution Selling
4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Keysight product portfolio with focus on RF and Microwave test, Wireless test solutions for 5G/6G and WLAN, Digital, Optical, High-Speed SERDES, and Signal and Power Integrity solutions.
5. Leverage expertise in Wireless and RF testing to effectively present and position our products and solutions/
6. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
Account Development:
7. Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
8. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new enterprise prospects.
9. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product development.
Negotiation and Closing:
10. Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
11. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
Market Insights and Reporting:
12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
13. Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.
14. Funnel development, forecasting and contribution to global account strategy
Qualifications
15. Bachelor/Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering
16. Experience: 3-5 years in customer facing roles
17. Proven track record of success in selling test and measurement products and solutions, with a focus on RF, microwave, wireless communication and related digital and high-speed digital technologies products
18. Strong knowledge of Wireless and RF testing, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions
19. Experience in managing enterprise accounts and working with global strategic customers
20. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
21. Capable of handling multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
22. Self-motivated problem solver and agile learner
23. Temperament to navigate tough customer situations
24. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
25. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
