We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) in our locations in Poland, Netherlands or Germany.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

1. Work with SciY Sales Director to develop a sales and revenue plan for SciY products at an enterprise level, aiming to complement the existing sales capabilities of the subsidiaries by generating opportunities with new logos and also targeting a higher level of decision making within the customer’s organization.
2. To execute the sales plan and interact with leads to develop them into opportunities and ultimately sales, moving them down the sales funnel by a combination of presentations, meetings and other interactions.
3. To represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and other events in which the company meets customer representatives and aims to develop sales opportunities.
4. To maintain sales leads and opportunities on SciY’s CRM, recording interactions, requests and opportunity progress and next steps.
5. To work with Sales Management to drive fast revenue growth through generation and execution of sales opportunities.
6. To work with the marketing team to develop marketing plans, marketing materials and campaigns, to maximize lead generation for the SciY joint product offering.
7. To continuously provide feedback to the Marketing organization to optimize marketing messaging, materials and campaigns.
8. To continuously engage with customers post-sale, to manage SciY’s relationships with its existing customers and to ensure customer success by supporting the deployment, implementation and adoption of SciY’s solutions.
9. To continuously work with customers to identify additional needs that may be covered by SciY, and to identify opportunities to improve SciY products, on the basis of these needs, to continuously improve Product-Market fit and commercial traction for SciY solutions.

Qualifikationen

10. PhD and/or MBA or equivalent experience in a life Science or chemistry/biotechnology business development role and life-science or chemistry/biotechnology-related informatics (IT/IS) business development role.
11. At least 5 years experience in enterprise software sales.
12. Fluent in English, other language like German will be a plus.
