Digital Product Owner – Berlin, Hybrid

What you’ll do as the Digital Product Owner:
* Product Vision & Strategy : Define and execute a clear product vision that maximizes value for users and the business
* Agile Product Development : Lead planning, retrospectives, and refinements while ensuring efficient backlog and ticket management to drive timely delivery of the product roadmap
* User-Centred Product Discovery : Leverage insights, data, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing features
* Salesforce & Tech : Support Salesforce solutions by understanding key components like custom objects, flows, and data architecture
* Process Optimisation : Identify and implement pragmatic, agile solutions to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
* Strategic Roadmap Execution : Develop and align the product roadmap in close collaboration with CTO, CEO, and key stakeholders
* Stakeholder & Team Collaboration : Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners while leading a diverse team of UX designers, content managers, and developers
* Technical & Data-Driven Mindset : Understand API integrations and software concepts to translate technical requirements into product solutions, while leveraging data tools like Tableau, Matomo, and Smartlook for informed decision-making
* Agile & Adaptable Leadership : Foster an agile culture tailored to team needs and navigate shifting priorities with confidence
* User Experience & Research : Promote and support UX research initiatives to continuously refine and improve digital care experiences
Skill’s you’ll have as the Digital Product Owner:
* Several years of experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment, preferably with B2C products
* Proven ability to define and execute a user-centred product strategy
* Strong experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
* A background in business, computer science, health management, or a comparable field
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A passion for creating meaningful digital products that improve healthcare and caregiving experiences
* Technical understanding and experience with Salesforce is a plus
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
* Willing to work a hybrid model from the Berlin office
