We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and documentation of infrastructure construction projects across Europe. What you'll be doing
* Supporting the planning and coordination of regional network construction projects.
* Assisting with the development of annual fixed asset investment and construction plans.
* Providing project support from feasibility studies through to final acceptance.
* Maintaining accurate documentation, asset records, and project reports.
* Coordinating with country-level construction teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Supporting the implementation of HQ directives within the region.
* Assisting in tracking equipment issues during maintenance and following up on resolutions.
What we're looking for
* A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in construction coordination, project support, or network/technology roles.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with adaptability under deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of network construction and engineering processes.
* Eligibility to work in Europe without visa/work restrictions.
* Fluency in Mandarin
