As an Industrial Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing planning and execution of new electromechanical projects from initial acquisition to final commissioning.
* Gathering and analysing customer requirements, ensuring priorities are properly defined and aligned with project objectives.
* Providing technical direction throughout design, development and implementation phases.
* Coordinating all project stages in close collaboration with engineering, production, procurement and commissioning teams.
* Managing budgets, timelines and internal resources across all departments involved in the project lifecycle.
* Monitoring internal processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety and performance standards.
* Guaranteeing full adherence to client specifications, contractual commitments and industry requirements.
* Maintaining strong customer relationships and serving as the main point of contact for technical and operational discussions.
As an Industrial Project Manager, your profile is described as follows:
* Engineering background in Electromechanics or Mechanical Engineering, with relevant experience in project coordination.
* Several years of involvement in industrial project management, preferably in automated systems or mechanical installations.
* Excellent command of English & German,.
* Strong negotiation abilities and good understanding of contractual project aspects.
* Flexible mindset supported by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.
* Natural leadership combined with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
