Responsibilities
2. Takes full ownership of assigned projects, including objective setting, scope definition, milestones, and deliverable
3. Develops comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
4. Defines project structure and coordinates technical sub-projects and workstreams
5. Establishes governance frameworks and ensures cross-functional alignment
6. Aligns project timelines and resources with line management and PMAS
7. Leads interdisciplinary project teams and manages external vendors and service providers
8. Monitors project progress using KPIs and initiates corrective actions when needed
9. Maintains transparent communication with stakeholders and documents key project meetings
10. Ensures successful handover of validated systems or equipment into production
11. Drives continuous improvement of tools, processes, and project management standards
Profile
12. University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering, Process Technology, Automation, or a related technical discipline
13. Project Management certification (, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent) required
14. Experience in leading projects such as investment, automation, or process technology projects in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry
15. Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects within a regulated (GMP/IVD) environment
16. Experience in vendor and contract management, and coordination of multi-site or international project teams
17. Proficiency in project management standards, methods, and tools (classical, hybrid, and agile approaches)
18. Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to guide interdisciplinary teams without direct line authority
19. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; structured and proactive mindset
20. Solid understanding of process equipment, automation systems, qualification, and validation principles
21. Fluency in English (spoken and written); German proficiency preferred
22. Deep understanding of quality, EHS, and compliance requirements in regulated manufacturing environments
