Role Description
We are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the planning, implementation, optimization, and support of our production facilities and processes. As part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and operation of our production systems and will lay the foundation for our Production Excellence strategy.
Your Mission
Project Leadership & Project Management
Overall responsibility for investment and improvement projects – from the idea phase through to handover to production, with a focus on technology and plant engineering
Development of technical concepts as well as preparation of requirement specifications and technical documentation
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases
Training production staff in new processes and procedures and supporting sustainable implementation (best practices)
Close collaboration with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to implement improvement measures and support production targets
Production Strategy & Globalization
Contributing to the further development and implementation of our Operational Excellence Strategy
Development and implementation of production concepts based on internal and external requirements
Identification, documentation, and transfer of best practices to international sites
Minimum Qualifications
Successfully completed degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical field, with at least 5 years of professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in dynamic or rapidly growing organizations
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
High level of reliability, initiative, and analytical skills
Structured and independent working style with strong teamwork and communication skills
Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
