Quality Manager – AC Charging Solutions (EMEA) Location: Soest, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package The Company A leading international technology manufacturer in the EV Charging sector is seeking an experienced EV Charging Quality Manager to support customers across the EMEA region. This is a customer-facing role with strong international exposure, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders. The position focuses on quality management for AC Charging Solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, effective issue resolution, and continuous improvement across quality processes. Key Responsibilities Manage customer-related quality topics, including returned parts and RMAs Act as the main quality interface for EMEA-based customers Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and external partners Prepare, review, and manage 8D reports and corrective actions including tracking quality issues, risks, timelines, and associated costs Maintain quality documentation and reporting & ensure smooth logistics and processes related to RMA handling, including analysis and improvement activities Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management, ideally within automotive, e-mobility, or electronics Technical background (industrial, electrical, or materials engineering preferred) Solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. 8D, RCA) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Customer-focused, structured, and able to perform under pressure Fluent in Mandarin, German, and English Willing to travel occasionally, including internationally Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Product Management Production Industries Services for Renewable Energy Appliances Electrical Electronics Manufacturing Energy Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
