Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
* Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
* Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
* Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
* Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
Job Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English are required.
* Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
* Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends is desirable.
* Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
* Minimum 8 years of sales experience and 3 years of people management experience with direct reports required.
* Proven experience in Public Sector / Public Experience environments.
* Strong understanding of the NetApp partner ecosystem and key distributors, including established relationships and hands-on collaboration experience.
