We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Helper to support our insect production operations in 84564 Oberbergkirchen, Germany. This role is hands-on and focuses on routine production tasks such as pupae exchange, harvesting, cleaning, product packaging, and preparation of deliveries.
Aufgaben
* Perform daily production tasks related to insect production, including harvesting and sieving of larvae, exchange of egg traps and pupae.
* Wash and clean trays, tools, and production areas according to hygiene standards.
* Assist with delivery preparation and loading/unloading.
* Follow all safety, hygiene, and biosecurity rules.
* Work closely with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
* Complete basic production checklists and cleaning records.
Qualifikation
* English skills (German is a plus).
* Physically fit and comfortable working in warm and humid environments.
* Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, within a 5-day week in a single-shift system.
* Production or warehouse experience is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills.
* You are reliable and motivated.
* Able to work both independently and in a team.
* Valid Driver's license (class B
