Responsibilities:
1. Strategic sales management & growth: You develop international sales strategies and tap into new market and growth potential
2. Leadership & team development: You take on the leadership, motivation, and further development of a high-performing sales team
3. Strengthening customer & distributor relationships: You build long-term relationships with customers and distributors, expand the international customer base, and strengthen existing partnerships
4. Optimization of sales processes: You confidently control sales budgets, manage pipeline projects, and create accurate forecasts to sustainably increase efficiency and profitability
5. Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with global interfaces to implement pricing strategies and exploit market potential
6. Global presence: You represent Capol worldwide and travel approximately 40% of the time.
Qualifications:
7. A solid background: You have a degree in food technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
8. Leadership in sales: You have already successfully demonstrated several years of leadership experience in sales, ideally in the food industry
9. Track record counts: Demonstrable successes in international sales management (e.g., sales growth, margin increase, market entry) underpin your impact
10. Strong relationships & customer-centric: Your strong customer focus enables you to build resilient, long-term partnerships – from initial contact to scaling
11. Digital & data-driven: You are proficient in SAP and MS Office and make decisions based on facts and KPIs
12. Confident on the global stage: Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) enable you to communicate confidently on the international stage
