This role is your opportunity to shape the future of our Global Operations Business System (GOBS) through driving impactful initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and empowering teams across international sites.
Qualifications
* Senior operations leadership positions with P&L responsibility.
* Proven expertise in leading Operational Excellence initiatives.
* Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
* Background in global transformation initiatives and an advanced degree in business, life sciences, or engineering.
* Advanced Lean Six Sigma certification (essential).
* Change management, digital transformation, and agile practices expertise.
Responsibilities
In this role you’ll be the strategic owner of our Global Operations Business System. That means you’ll guide how we define and evolve core elements of GOBS: from People & Culture, to Tools and Methodologies for Operational Excellence, to Digital & Analytics Enablement and Integration Excellence. You’ll lead with empathy and clarity, foster collaboration, and drive initiatives that improve cost efficiency, quality, and reliability. You’ll be a champion of continuous improvement and help teams across manufacturing and global functions share best practices and build capabilities through coaching and training.
