The Labor Relations Project Manager - DACH is responsible to manage works council consultations on assigned projects from creating and aligning the engagement strategy to implementing collective agreements. Contributes to the overall works council relationship management and supports strategic labor relation projects. Ensures effective partnership with the HR DACH team, business leaders and relevant project stakeholder. Leads change management initiatives which include involvement of works councils.
Works closely with the People & Culture team and business leaders in the DACH region as well as with global People & Culture functions to understand the context and business impact of works council consultation subjects
Creates, aligns and monitors project plans for consultation processes
Leads consultation processes on assigned projects, including negotiation of collective agreements
Co-ordinates activities to implement collective agreements (e.g. process adoption, communication, change management interventions)
May support on resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Supports People & Culture lead with special projects and tasks
Min. bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Fluent in written and verbal English
Fluent in written and verbal German
Advanced MS Office user and technology literacy
