Our Central Sales Functions On-site Team is seeking to fill at the earliest practicable date the position as Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
* Acquisition of On-Site Projects, particularly cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants and hydrogen plants (SMR and Electrolyzer)
* Ongoing market and competitor monitoring, including establishing and maintaining a database within the Messer CRM system and the development of on-site plant concepts in cooperation with the engineering division
* Preparation of presentations and drafting bids on behalf of the Messer companies and its regional subsidiaries
* Provide training sessions for the sales force of Messer’s subsidiaries, focusing on On-site acquisition
* Develop and review Messer’s sales strategy for the On-site portfolio to ensure contract compliance and effective performance evaluation and continuous process improvement
Your qualifications:
* Academic degree in Engineering with strong business acumen and investment calculation competency
* At least three years of sales development and one year of project management experience
* Experience working in an international environment and a cross-functional team
* Interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate, being proactive and open minded
* Proficiency with MS Office
* Business fluent in English, German speaking skills is a plus
* Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%)
