Senior Electrical Package Manager
Location: Frankfurt Area
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical works on high-profile Life Sciences and Data Centre projects in the Frankfurt region.
Role Overview
* Manage the full delivery of electrical packages from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, energisation, and handover.
* Oversee MV/LV systems including busbar, earthing & bonding, UPS, generators, controls, fire alarm, BMS/PMS, and communications.
* Lead electrical subcontractors, coordinate trade interfaces, and manage installation sequencing and issue resolution.
* Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures, electrical safety standards, switching plans, and testing/commissioning protocols.
* Review designs, manage RFIs and submittals, and support BIM coordination for constructability and clash resolution.
* Collaborate with clients, commissioning teams, OFCI suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
* Monitor schedules, procurement, manpower, site progress, reporting, and cost control.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* 10+ years’ construction experience, including 5+ years on Data Centre or Pharma projects preferred.
* Strong experience in electrical design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
* Proficient in Autodesk, Primavera P6, Navisworks, or similar tools.
* Advanced German (B1/B2) and fluent English.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware with strong leadership skills.
