The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Manager for DACH region to join its team.

Responsibilities:
- Expanding the contact network and active networking to attract new clients and develop relationships with existing ones.
- Collaborating with the team and key stakeholders on the client side to identify potential business challenges and propose solutions, as well as developing and implementing business processes for client engagement.
- Re-engaging clients for renewed cooperation.
- Business trips for client meetings.
- Conducting commercial negotiations with C-level executives of client companies.
- Proactively resolving current client issues and concerns.
- Conducting pre-sales activities, developing and presenting solutions to support the project’s development plan and strategy, and monitoring their outcomes.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences.
- Holding in-person meetings, organizing and delivering presentations, delegating tasks, and coordinating cross-departmental processes to implement the strategy.
Must-haves:
- Experience in sales and client acquisition for 3+ years.
- Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills.
- Conversation and communication skills C-Level people.
- Level of German – from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.
