Customer & Account Management
Stakeholder Networking: Understand customer buying motives and identify key decision-makers at all hierarchical levels. Network where required to widen exposure to decision-makers within OEMs, regulatory authorities, consultants, and distributor networks.
Account Planning: Build a comprehensive knowledge base of customer strategy in relevant sectors and plan key initiatives to fulfill overall customer business objectives. Lead the initiative to develop precise account plans for all product groups and markets to further increase brand awareness.
Relationship Building: Align and further develop key customer relationships to win new business and secure long-term partnerships that add value.
Education & Experience
* Background: Graduate in a business or commercial field with an 8 to 10-year track record in delivering sales growth.
* Industry Expertise: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering industry selling added‑value premium products. Must have a good understanding of Germany sales strategies.
* Commercial Acumen: Experienced in the management of tender/proposal preparation and the review of International Terms & Conditions.
Skills & Attributes
* Working Style: Independent, result-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of the senior management team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
