Your tasks
9. Cutting and professional preparation of samples for all laboratory areas
10. Instrumentation of test specimens and test components according to technical specifications
11. Conducting standard norm tests in the fields of mechanics (tensile, compression, shear tests, G1c, ILSS, SLS, peel test)
12. Performing thermal analyses (DMA, (Modulated) Differential Scanning Calorimetry)
13. Support in the creation of technical documentation and test instructions
Your profile
14. Completed vocational training as a materials tester or chemical laboratory assistant, ideally with further training as a master craftsman.
15. At least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of manufacturing/production, laboratory technology and metrology
16. Proficient use of MS Office and G Suite (detailed knowledge required)
17. Solid knowledge of thermal analysis (DMA & (M)DSC) as well as experience with Zwick/Roell material testing machines and the associated software.
18. Safe handling of reactive media (e.g. solvents, chemicals, adhesives)
