Payroll Project Manager
The role is located on the outskirts of Frankurt!
Position Overview:
The Project Manager for Payroll (m/f/x) is responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and execution of SAP HR Payroll projects for our client. This position requires strong analytical abilities to collaborate with cross-functional divisions across the organization to define business requirements. We are seeking a candidate with experience in project management within the HR field, ideally with a focus on payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of HR payroll projects.
* Manage and guide project scope, budgets, and timelines to meet goals and deliverables.
* Develop detailed project plans.
* Track project tasks and resources using relevant tools.
* Collaborate with various functional teams to develop requirement statements.
* Regularly track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate closely with business units, IT departments, and Magna suppliers.
* Provide ongoing support to the project team.
* Implement and manage changes throughout the project to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Conduct project evaluations and assess results.
Required Skills and Competencies:
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Experience with MS Project or Asana is a plus.
* Knowledge of time management and payroll processes.
* Familiarity with SAP HR is an advantage, but not required.
* Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
* Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
* Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
* Effective team communication skills.
* Understanding of HR processes.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to management and key stakeholders.
