Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the delivery of customer orders on time and in quantity, taking into account requirements, capacities and material availability
2. Central coordination of customer needs, delivery dates and order priorities in close coordination with Customer Service
3. Coordination of delivery capability with the plants based on feedback on capacities and availability
4. Procurement and scheduling from external partner productions as well as internal and external suppliers
5. Cross-plant scheduling and capacity coordination of another plant
6. Responsibility for schedule, quantity and inventory control of purchased parts and external production
7. Collaboration and management of projects in the area of operations
Qualifications:
8. Commercial vocational training or business studies
9. Knowledge of SAP R / 3 (SD, MM, PP) is an advantage, good MS Office skills
10. Very good knowledge and understanding of logistical relationships, methods and procedures
11. Very good communication skills
12. Good knowledge of English
13. Independent way of working and initiative
