As a production support engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated test systems. Your responsibilities will include installing, upgrading, and maintaining these systems to meet quality standards.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing systems are also key aspects of this position. You will work closely with customers to integrate their systems and services into our environment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, adapting, and configuring system software according to customer requirements and company regulations.
You will solve a wide range of hardware and software problems of varying scope and complexity. Collecting, evaluating, and providing customer requirements for consideration in product improvements and new product developments is also a critical part of this role.
This position requires strong project management skills, as you will handle short-term projects and achieve results by applying methodology.
Qualifications
* A university degree or equivalent in electronic engineering or a related field.
* Practical experience in the industry.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* PREFERRED skills in Linux (Redhat) operating system and IT networks.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
* Ability and motivation to work in teams and in a global environment.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and to work under pressure.
* A valid driver's license.
* Fluent English and German language skills.
