DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER (HUMAN)

What will your job be?
* Manage digital projects for FMCG consumer websites from start to finish - planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization (includes e.g. newsletters, raffles, mini games..)
* Be a "roll-up-your-sleeves" manager to ensure smooth rollouts, solving problems on the go rather than just overseeing from a distance
* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, content managers, and copywriters to create high quality digital experiences
* Keep an eye on market trends to bring fresh ideas and improvements to future campaigns
* Close eye-to-eye partnership with the customer
* Since our projects focus on the DACH market, fluent German is a plus
* The team is international, therefore fluent English is mandatory
* Working hours are between 32-40 hours, based on your needs
Your profile
* A strong background in project management and marketing
* You’re a very strong communicator who instinctively seeks to understand stakeholder perspectives
* Solid knowledge and experience with agile project management
* Firm grounding in the technical fundamentals of web development
* You are adept in translating business requirements from your clients into technical requirements for your development team
* Experienced in content management systems and eCommerce, loyalty, PIM and EDM tools
* Generally technically competent with a broad range of web tools and desktop software - a power user who can pick up new platforms quickly
* A hands-on attitude - when you see blockers you take ownership and lead your team to find alternatives
