* Drive sales growth and deliver premium customer service.
* Identify business development risks and opportunities in both automotive and defense markets.
* Develop and implement a consistent account strategy aligned with divisional goals.
* Manage global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition.
* Create marketing plans and materials to support development of the segment.
* Travel to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships.
* Navigate defense industry-specific requirements.
Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent).
* Show proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures.
* Speak fluently English and either French or German. Any other language is an asset.
* Be willing to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally.
