 Tasks 
 Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories, aligned with company goals and operational needs 
 Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance) to meet business requirements 
 Conduct market analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential suppliers 
 Negotiate and manage complex supplier contracts in compliance with legal and ethical standards 
 Monitor supplier performance (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in quality, service, and sustainability 
 Support ESG objectives through responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and energy-efficient practices 
 Maintain accurate procurement master data and ensure transparency in spend analysis 
 Requirements 
 Degree or diploma in Procurement 
 Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, with a focus on indirect spend and services; lighting industry experience is a plus 
 Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and value creation 
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and make informed, fact-based decisions 
 Proven experience in supplier and market analysis, as well as in managing international procurement contracts 
 Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels 
 Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and business intelligence tools (e.g. Birst); familiarity with e-sourcing platforms is a plus 
 Solid knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategy, and contract law 
 Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
