What you’ll achieve
As the Product Manager - ClinicoGenomics, with a strong scientific foundation and a passion for precision medicine, you will lead the development of AI-enabled Clinical Data products. This role focuses on the consolidation and analysis of multi-modal clinical data—spanning structured clinical records,andgenomic data,and the application of advanced AI to enable precision medicine workflows within hospital and health system environments.
The ideal candidate will bring both the scientific depth to engage credibly with clinical and research stakeholders, and the product acumen to translate complex multi-omics and imaging use cases into commerciallyviable,and tangibleAI solutions.
You will:
1. Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI applications thatconsolidateand operationalise clinicalandgenomic data to support precision medicine workflows.
2. Support the Lead PM in defining andmaintainingthe global AI product roadmap for HealthData, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs.
3. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products within the AI portfolio, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration.
4. Engage directly with healthcareand life sciencescustomers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
5. Create the business case for specific products, from scope to cost andRoI.
6. Lead a development team working hand in hand with a Tech Lead in the development of the requirements into a product using agilemethodologyand ceremonies.
7. Evaluate third-party data platforms, genomics pipelines, AI vendors, and precision medicine toolkits relevant to the portfolio.
8. Define clinical validation frameworks and success metricsappropriate toAI-driven precision medicine applications, supporting sales in the positioning of the product on the market, monitoringadoptionand impact post-launch.
9. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure productscomply withrelevant regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across target geographies (e.g.AIAct,GDPR, HL7/FHIR standards).

Essential Requirements:
11. Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Translational Medicine Sciences, or a closely related field —required.
12. Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a healthcare setting, with direct exposure to clinicaland genomicdata environments.
13. Demonstrated understanding of genomics, clinical data standards (e.g. OMOP, FHIR).
14. Practical experience applying AI/ML to biomedical or clinical data, including familiarity with multimodal data integration challenges.
15. Strong ability to work across scientific and commercial functions, translating research concepts into product reality.
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging clinical and scientific experts.
17. Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
Desirable Requirements:
18. Experience at or with AI-native companies, bringing familiarity with iterative, data-driven development practices.
19. Knowledge of precision oncology, rare disease diagnostics, or pharmacogenomics use cases.
20. Familiarity with federated data architectures, de-identification frameworks, or synthetic data for clinical AI development.
