<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Organizational Psychology, Communication or a comparable field.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You have several years of experience in project management, ideally within People & Culture, HR or organizational development, and bring a solid understanding of core HR processes such as talent management, learning and development, engagement and culture.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You are familiar with project management principles (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) and have experience working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Asana or comparable applications.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a structured, reliable way of working.</span></li>
