About the Job
We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead our product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to mass production. This role involves working closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements.
The ideal candidate will have relevant professional experience in product management, preferably within the construction industry, and a good command of English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities include conducting international customer visits, overseeing the full product development lifecycle, managing product launches, coordinating product training, and delivering promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market
* Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from initial concept through to mass production
* Manage the complete lifecycle of products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance
* Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies
* Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan-European pricing, and monitoring of local market price positioning
* Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions
* Deliver product training and technical support to distributors and sales teams
Requirements
* Relevant professional experience in product management ideally within the construction industry
* Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office
