About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic, and market-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle and European Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our flagship smart robot vacuum products. This role bridges product definition and market execution, ensuring our innovative hardware translates into commercial success across South and West Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle & Strategy: Own the full product lifecycle of consumer robotics products. Translate global corporate strategy into localized product requirements (PRDs) based on deep insights into European markets, competitors, and user behaviors.
Go-To-Market & Commercialization:Partner closely with regional Marketing and Sales teams to define product launch roadmaps, pricing, and communication strategies. Formulate core selling points and value propositions to drive market conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Control teams in HQ to manage product development rhythm, cost, and quality, ensuring the successful localization and landing of products.
Public Speaking & Brand Ambassadorship: Spearhead global/regional product launch events and major industry exhibitions (e.g., IFA, MWC). Serve as the key keynote speaker to deliver fluent product presentations, taking full ownership of regional NPS and brand awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of solid Product Management experience in the mobile phone, smart home appliances, or service robotics industries.
Track Record: Proven success in leading large-scale product launches, press conferences, or major trade shows as a main presenter/speaker.
Languages (Must-have):
Professional fluency in English (for high-level business negotiation and public speaking).
Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (essential for seamless daily collaboration with HQ product and R&D teams).
Skills:Outstanding logical thinking, exceptional public speaking/presentation skills, and a strong results-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership.
Location & Mobility: Based in Germany or the Netherlands, with the flexibility to travel across South and West Europe.
