A Business Development / Account Manager Defence Components to work across various countries in Central and Eastern Europe to offer Defence manufacturing products. The Role You will represent an Australian defence manufacturing organisation across Central and Eastern Europe. This is a start-up base, but there are active agreements in place. You will ideally commence as Self-employed to grow the European base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders Collaborating with the International Defence Business Manager to support sales development and company growth. Identify market opportunities within the EU and lead region-specific sales strategies Proactively manage performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support product development Requirements: Experienced in aligning business strategies with evolving market conditions Ideally qualified in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Ability to drive defence manufacturing component sales in Germany, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Czechnia. Proficiency in establishing and managing customer relationships and key accounts.
