Position Jung von Matt START is looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – full-time What you bring You have many years of experience leading complex client relationships, ideally within an agency or consulting environment. You think entrepreneurially, identify growth opportunities and manage accounts strategically as well as commercially. You lead interdisciplinary teams with confidence, empathy and clarity. You are a strong senior advisor and act as a trusted sparring partner for clients at C‑level. You maintain oversight even in highly complex situations, set clear priorities and make well‑informed decisions. You combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution skills. You work in a structured, proactive and responsible manner, even under pressure. You handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing. You thrive in dynamic agency environments and actively contribute to their development. Your responsibilities You take full responsibility for the strategic and commercial leadership of key client accounts. You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level. You develop integrated communication and brand strategies in close collaboration with creative, strategy and other disciplines. You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases. You identify upselling and new business opportunities and actively drive their realization. You ensure the highest level of consulting quality and long‑term client satisfaction. You lead pitches, presentations and decision‑making processes on the client side. You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond.
