Job Title: Enterprise Key Account Manager – Public Sector (m/f/d)


Job Location: Eschborn, Germany


Main Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate proficiency in account management skills, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account penetration, planning, mapping, power-based selling, negotiation, and excellent presentation skills.
* Manage and enhance customer relationships within the region, coordinating activities between Huawei and the customer.
* Identify, develop, and close opportunities
* Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities within the region
* Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business account.
* Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
* Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
* Plan and support market branding actions in the enterprise area, attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations.
* Coordinate internal resources, such as Pre-Sales and Channel Sales teams.
* Track potential competitors, developing alternative strategies.


Requirements:

* At least 4 years of ICT account sales experience.
* Excellent knowledge of IP networking in at least one of the following areas of specialization: Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, and Security.
* Experience in working with customers, including C-level, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams.
* Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
* Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
* Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
* Fluent in German and English.
* Experience within Public Sector vertical would be an advantage.
