Senior Product Manager - API - fixed term contract (all genders)
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will be responsible for driving the product strategy for our ecosystem of third-party integrations and the API for our flagship hospitality product. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and QA specialists to execute the roadmap and achieve measurable impact. You will drive adoption of delivered features through clear communication across the organization and by collecting feedback for continuous improvement. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize initiatives from multiple domains, define the right solutions, and optimize resources and outcomes. Ultimately you will help scale our ecosystem by adding new integrations, improving internal processes, delivering new features for integrations that improve NPS, and maintaining API usability to ensure partner satisfaction and unlock new use cases.
Responsibilities
* Develop the roadmap for third-party integrations, marketplace, and API, and collaborate with the development team to translate the vision into actionable tasks while ensuring quality
* Build business cases for new features and develop a strategy to track KPIs
* Maintain and continuously improve an API used by hundreds of partners and customers
* Ensure the organization has visibility into delivered value and provide post-release support
* Collaborate with strategic partners and other product teams to drive toward shared goals
* Sunset features that are costly to support relative to their value and address high-priority technical debt
About You
* You can manage multiple domains and prioritize projects that drive the most impact, working with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for shared customers
* You are comfortable with technical details of system interactions (APIs) while maintaining focus on business value
* You adapt explanations to different audiences, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively in writing and speaking
* You enjoy collaboration across departments and regions, excel at summarizing complex information, and focus on user impact
* You are passionate about the hospitality industry and learning what matters to restaurant customers
* You value curiosity, boldness, and humility; we’re interested in what you’ve accomplished rather than just your degree
Requirements
* At least 2 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or similar environment
* Proven track record of working with third parties to achieve measurable results
* Strong grasp of best practices for integrations and APIs
* Analytical problem solving with the ability to dive deep into product challenges and formulate solutions
* Experience working closely with design and engineering to move from idea to actionable backlog
* Excellent written and verbal communication to keep stakeholders aligned across multinational teams
* Proven conflict resolution skills
* Confidence in demonstrating features in a way meaningful for target audiences
* Adept at prioritization and time management to ensure timely delivery of impactful features
* Fluency in English for documentation, collaboration, and cross-functional communication
