YOUR TASKS
* You conceptualize and design the PAYBACK marketing platform
* You are responsible for the end-to-end development of digital products, from vision, through implementation, launch, and optimization in ongoing operations
* You advise and support the departments in Germany and the international PAYBACK markets with their ideas and requirements
* You are in close coordination with stakeholders from the departments, developers, and your team members from the “Product” area
* You are close to the market and always know about the latest developments and can derive strategies
YOUR PROFILE
* You have experience in digital product management – ideally for backend functionalities
* You are experienced in project management – you always keep an eye on priorities, milestones, and deadlines
* You think and conceptualize new products agilely – from the first step as a Minimal Viable Product to the long-term Point of Arrival
* Complex tasks and solving problems make your eyes light up
* You enjoy understanding, questioning, and optimizing existing technical processes
* You communicate confidently, convincingly, and recipient-oriented at all organizational levels
* Your team spirit, creativity, and open-mindedness enrich our team
* Your English skills are very good
