Your tasks
10. You will take on the role of component project manager or SE team leader for components in the area of wheel brake system development.
11. As a component project manager/SE team leader, you will be responsible for achieving the targets in the so-called 6-fight: function, deadline, costs, quality, weight and CO2 contribution.
12. You manage the projects technically in the context of EMT and manage the suppliers in an international environment.
13. Your tasks also include the coordination and management of internal and external development partners (including the management of trades).
14. You coordinate the requirements for the component with the relevant interface partners and control the requirements and change management of the component.
15. You will be responsible for identifying functional interactions and conflicting objectives in a self-organized manner, making recommendations for solutions/technical allocation and continuously checking the achievement of objectives against the requirements.

Your profile
17. Degree in engineering with a focus on automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification.
18. Several years of project management experience in the automotive environment and experience in technical leadership.
19. Sound process knowledge in the areas of requirements management, change management, quality management, supplier management, release and logistics processes.
20. Business fluent in German and English.
21. Team and communication skills, also in an international environment.
