Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Hamburg, Munich OR Berlin | Hybrid | Full-time
A rapidly growing European energy storage developer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Germany. Initially a project lead role, with strong potential to grow into a team lead position.
Lead construction and execution of BESS projects, managing EPC contractors and multi-disciplinary teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to high technical standards
Oversee planning, risk, HSE, contract management, QA/QC, and stakeholder engagement
10+ years in infrastructure or energy construction, 7+ years as Project Manager
~ Fluent German speaking
~ 100–120k base (DOE) + company car + flexible benefits
