We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager (Fixed Term) to join our dynamic pricing team in Logistics on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of how we calculate the delivery fee and other prices for millions of customers across 70 countries. In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
You will lead the development of intelligent pricing mechanisms that power our diverse portfolio of brands across the world. You will support them in achieving ambitious growth & profitability targets, while navigating distinct market dynamics such as legal frameworks or pricing principles. Empower pricing managers globally through smart automations and our large-scale pricing experimentation platform is also part of the mission.
Your Mission:
1. Lead the product: You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements. You will be responsible for driving both quarterly and long-term OKRs.
2. Drive innovation and automation: You will champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data-driven decision-making and impactful results.
3. Leverage data: You will delve into data to identify opportunities, collaborate with your stakeholders to validate hypotheses through experimentation and continuously improve our pricing strategies.
4. Collaborate & communicate effectively: You will partner closely with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features. Alignment with stakeholders at various levels across our global brands will be key.
5. Become the subject matter expert: You will be the go-to expert for all things dynamic pricing, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within this critical domain.
Qualifications
6. 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data-driven products at large scale & achieving tangible results
7. Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
8. Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions.
9. Previously owned product strategy, roadmap and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders
10. Proven ability to work across multiple teams within a complex organization, driving alignment and collaboration toward shared objectives
11. You possess a strong sense of ownership and you excel at identifying meaningful patterns and transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans
12. Exceptional communication skills; be able to properly communicate at tactical, strategic and vision levels
Nice to have
13. Experience in addressing pricing and demand steering challenges.
14. Exposure to the last-mile delivery industry.
15. Experience in building and managing internal tools.
16. Proficiency in SQL.
