Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Development Manager (m/f/d), who can identify new sales opportunities and expand the share in existing accounts within the Fluid Conveyance Division for our OEM channel.

The preferred location is Baden-Baden, but we are also open to other Danfoss locations or remote work in Germany. You can expect regular travel (up to 25%) and close collaboration with global colleagues.
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic accounts across targeted regions and channels
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored value propositions to OEM and distribution partners
Lead strategic customer engagements and support local sales teams in key negotiations and project pursuits
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data within CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
~2+ years of sales or business development experience from an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally within the fluid conveyance industry
~ Fluency in English and German
~ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office, and ideally SAP
