about the team
lululemon is looking for a Strategic Sales Account Manager to join our Strategic Sales Team to support our EMEA growth in Germany & UK&I. Our channel builds strategic partnerships with organizations and communities across the globe that ignite positive guest and brand impact beyond our four -walls. Our Strategic Sales Program has an amazing goal: to build strategic partnerships and create quality experiences for our partners that in turn will keep our stores humming with happy people. We set our stores and ecomm up for success by partnering strategically with the leading yoga and athletic influencers in the world, sharing with them our best-in-class technical product.
core responsibilities
* Identify and develop new strategic partners while managing and growing an existing portfolio across markets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with community partners to understand market needs and drive impactful initiatives.
* Build innovative product and influencer partnerships using an entrepreneurial, brand-building approach.
* Drive sales performance by executing against quarterly plans, tracking results, and reporting on business trends.
* Support partner launches, B2B integration, in-market visits, and training on product, VM, buying, and sell-through strategies.
* Uphold brand integrity, manage partner operations (orders, inventory, A/R), and actively share lululemon's culture and leadership mindset.
qualifications
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
* 3+ years' experience in relationship management, account management, or customer-facing roles.
* Post-secondary education required; business, sales, or marketing preferred.
* Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to build and execute business plans.
* Confident communicator and natural connector who builds trust and influence quickly.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Passionate about lululemon product, brand, and community impact.
* Willing and able to travel approximately one week per month in the UK.
