Clarisights provides a self-serve reporting platform designed to facilitate better marketing decision-making. We automatically integrate, process, and visualize data from all of our clients’ marketing, analytics, and attribution sources into our vertically-integrated, no-code marketing reporting platform.
We’ve reshaped marketing reporting for the following companies: Uber, Delivery Hero, Universal Music, On Running, About You, Trade Republic, among others.

What's the opportunity?
Clarisights is growing strongly and we're looking for a commercially-minded, customer-obsessed Account Manager. In this role, you will play a leading role in ensuring that our customers derive the biggest value from Clarisights. You will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our customers. With your dedication and eye for detail, Clarisights will be able to deepen relationships with existing customers and set them up for long-term success.
What will you do?
* Build, nurture, and own key relationships with our customers - from the operational level to the VP/C-level.
* Articulate the value of Clarisights consistently by connecting use cases with business outcomes. Drive QBRs and other formats to highlight Clarisights’ value.
* Consult with Clarisights’ customers regarding new use cases or changing requirements. Set up workshops, customer events, and similar formats.
* Commercially own key accounts: be responsible for renewals and expansions across the customer lifecycle.
* Support the greater GTM-team through new insights and initiatives in marketing our customers’ successes.
Who are you?
* Experienced commercial professional with exposure to SaaS companies in a customer-facing role such as CSM, AM, AE, or similar. Consulting backgrounds are equally interesting.
* You have strong commercial acumen: having led either commercial negotiations or strategic renewal conversations incl. complex stakeholder management.
* Bonus point: you have hands-on experience in the analytics and/or marketing domain, ideally having worked with customers similar to ours.
* You are a German native or have equally strong proficiency in German
Interview Process
Job Location - Berlin
* Culture and Fit Interview : Over a 30-minute call we will outline the opportunity, review your work experience and look for signs and evidence of culture fit.
* Second Interview - To ascertain your interest and your suitability for the role
* Case Study : Preparation and presentation of a case study, either in our Berlin office or on a call.
* Founder Interview - Clarisights’ CEO will interview you to discuss any final questions.
