International account manager nordics

What you´ll do

* Regular customer meetings to review performance and align
initiatives to achieve the targets and strengthen network with all
relevant business partners to create new leads/projects
* Responsible for driving all demands and be the first point of
contact of all functions within the customers in Nordics, Germany and UK
* Responsible for profitable sales development of the respective
business for Nonwovens and Tissue & Towel
* Analyze customer adhesive potential and competition activities and
Lead & initiate contacts at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing,
logistics, marketing, management level
* Define and present ambitious and achievable yearly plans
* Elaborate and negotiate successful approaches to develop the
business
* Regular tracking of business drivers and discover gaps and
opportunities in performance (Turnover, Profitability, Product Mix) and
define counter-measures in case of discrepancies


What makes you a good fit

* University degree in business
administration, engineering or similar
* Minimum 5 years of relevant
work experience in technical sales
* Ability to influence, motivate,
and create relationships at all levels with strong focus on results and
value creation
* Strong communication skills and
team orientation with ability to coordinate projects with internal
stakeholders, commercially and technically
* Willingness to travel in Europe
and to work remotely
* Fluent in German and English,
other languages like Swedish, Dutch or Italian would be a plus
