Regenerative Solutions Sales Manager (m/w/d) Join to apply for the Regenerative Solutions Sales Manager (m/w/d) role at Dentsply Sirona. About the Role We are looking for an energetic Regenerative Solutions Sales Manager for the East/South Germany and Austria areas to combine a passion for biomaterials with sales ambition. You will advise and negotiate with key customers, open new opportunities, and collaborate closely with Clinical Education Managers, DSO teams, and product groups. Responsibilities Conduct coaching, co‑commuting and training to ensure professional quality and budget attainment for the regenerative product portfolio (2-3 days/week). Develop and implement strategic sales‑workflow concepts, monitor results, and adjust measures to market needs. Track sales figures regularly and drive sales‑enhancing actions. Maintain regular communication with DSO and support the department. Attend trade fairs and conferences. Collaborate with Clinical Education for activity development and alignment. Participate in alignment meetings with product groups. Qualifications Completed commercial, scientific, or medical training or degree. Certified pharmaceutical sales representative (Paragraph 75 AMG). Experience in biomaterials sales or consulting is an advantage. Experience in coaching/training sales staff. Strategic thinker with practical action orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels. Results‑oriented, creative, flexible. Willingness to travel 40%.
