Job description
As Sports Production Manager for Basketball & Team Sports, you ensure the seamless planning and delivery of our services production for international events. You coordinate production, staff, and equipment, aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Planning service production and resources (staff, equipment) across events
* Collaborating with Sports Solutions Managers on technical delivery and innovation
* Leading operations on-site: coordinating teams and reviewing production efficiency
* Applying quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement
* Liaising proactively with clients and stakeholders to anticipate expectations and trends
Profile
You combine technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for sport. A strategic thinker and hands-on executor, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
You bring:
* A technical degree in IT + project management certification
* Experience in sports tech, with a track record in basketball
* A structured, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
* Leadership skills: team-oriented, solution-focused, and motivational
* A flexible, “make it happen” attitude, committed and resilient
* Availability to travel up to 50%
* Fluency in English (German is a plus)
