About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to collaborate with our engineering organizations in Europe, focusing on Germany and Eastern Europe. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in general employment law, company policies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
2. Support organizational design and structure to optimize talent and drive business success.
3. Enhance productivity through ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
4. Facilitate clear performance objectives and oversee timely evaluations.
5. Identify structural barriers to strategic initiatives and revise organizational designs to support business goals effectively.
6. Create a change-ready culture and utilize data for prediction and planning.
Talent Management:
1. Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans for succession planning and readiness for critical roles.
2. Foster an engaging workplace culture by promoting feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
3. Proactively address employee concerns and maintain open communication to promote positive employee relations.
4. Cultivate retention strategies that enhance the work environment and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience in HR, ideally supporting engineering organizations at European level.
Expert knowledge of general employment law, company policies, and processes.
Ability to navigate complex employee relations cases and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, particularly in sensitive situations.
A self-starter with a creative approach to work, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English and German is required, with excellent Microsoft Office skills and data analytics abilities.
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is mandatory; Master's Degree is highly valued.
