Your tasks:
1. Professional oversight and coordination of all project activities within customer projects
2. Independent creation, maintenance, and updating of project plans
3. Close collaboration with the Sales department in implementing project modifications and extensions
4. Ensuring smooth project communication, including the preparation of status reports, project documentation, and the management of relevant records
5. Conducting project reviews together with all project stakeholders
6. Handling and processing customer complaints and claims, including independent troubleshooting of process-related challenges
7. Carrying out customer visits for coordination, support, and the cultivation of long-term customer relationships

Your profile:
8. Successfully completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, etc.), training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or a comparable qualification
9. Extensive professional experience in project management, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
10. Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
11. Solid understanding of customer project execution (project phases, milestones, quality gates, specifications, etc.)
12. Willingness to travel
13. Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with strong team spirit
14. Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
15. Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools
16. Analytical, structured, and proactive way of working
