Lead our IFS Global Markets Food certified production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with our internal Quality Management (QM) team to maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.
Collaborate closely with the management and sales team and other departments to meet our production goals and support our expansion.
Supervise and coach an expanding team, promoting team development and fostering a productive, positive work environment.
Proactively work towards optimizing our production processes and introducing innovative solutions.
Prior experience in a leadership role, with a preference for candidates from a manufacturing or food industry background.
Proven track record managing high scaling business models and production processes.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience in team management and development.
English required, German beneficial.
